She has an amazing attitude, was flexible with changes, and was incredibly thorough with her follow ups pre-trip and during our excursions, just checking in to make sure we were having the best experience. Toward the end of our time at a beach club in Tulum, Joost was readily available and willing to accommodate an early pick up with beverage service on our ride back to our resort. I can't find the words to describe how wonderful Your Tulum Concierge has been to my guests and me during our trip! All I can say is: what are you waiting for? Book them already! I scheduled a cocktail-making class, a tequila and mezcal tasting, a floating breakfast, and massages through Your Tulum Concierge. The cocktail-making class and tasting were so much fun, and the bartender was personable, engaging, and encouraging. The food for the floating breakfast was delicious. The massages from Maria and Alex were incredible! Book them and you'll see why. My group could not stop talking about them and agreed they were some of the best massages they have ever had. I even requested three additional massages at the last minute during my trip, and they responded quickly and accommodated my request right away. I will absolutely be using Your Tulum Concierge again the moment I touch down in Tulum. Thank you so much for helping make our trip unforgettable!
