How do I get to Joya?

Joya is located at Vidanta Riviera Maya, approximately 35 minutes from Cancun. Access is through the Vidanta resort entrance, and internal transfer time may be required.

On-site parking is available at Vidanta for guests arriving by car.

Private transportation is highly recommended. We can arrange round-trip private transportation for a smooth and stress-free evening.

What is the minimum age at Joya?

JOYÀ welcomes guests of 3 years and older. Children (3–11 years) receive special pricing depending on the experience selected. Please note that there are no baby chairs or booster seats available, children are assigned a regular seat.

Are tables private or shared at Joya?

JOYÀ offers 2-seat tables, 4-seat tables, and exclusive 10-seat VIP tables.

Unless the entire table is purchased, seating may be shared with other guests. For example, if you reserve two seats at a four-person table, the remaining seats may be assigned to other attendees.

Guests have the option to select their preferred table and seats, subject to availability. A seating map is provided, and once availability is confirmed, you may choose your desired table (for example, “Seat A7”) and specific seats.

For a fully private experience, we recommend reserving the entire table.

How long is the Joya experience?

The show itself lasts approximately 80 minutes.

For guests booking a Dinner & Show experience, the full evening typically lasts 2.5 to 3 hours. It is recommended to arrive one hour before showtime to fully enjoy the welcome cocktail and dining experience without rushing.

What is the cancellation policy for Joya tickets?

All Joya tickets are non-refundable once confirmed, as seats and dining experiences are reserved in advance.
