Coco Bongo isn’t really a nightclub – it’s a four-hour live show built around an open bar. Sitting in the heart of Cancun’s Hotel Zone, one block from the Caribbean, it’s the venue CNN said “puts Vegas nightlife to shame,” and that reputation has made it one of the most famous nights out in Mexico.
The night brings the biggest names in music and film back to the stage – Queen, Michael Jackson, Spider-Man, and dozens more – performed by dancers and acrobats flying above the crowd, with giant screens and confetti turning the whole room into part of the show. Between each set the DJ takes over and the entire place becomes one massive dancefloor. It doesn’t slow down for four hours.

What is the vibe at Coco Bongo?
Coco Bongo isn’t really a nightclub – it’s a Broadway-style live show with a nightclub built around it. Acrobats fly overhead on silks and bungees, impersonators of every pop icon you can name take the stage, drumlines parade through, and confetti cannons fire on the chorus. Between shows, the resident DJ keeps the room dancing. Four hours of non-stop production, then the dance floor takes over until 3 AM.
What is the dress code?
Smart casual nightclub attire. No swimwear, sports jerseys, athletic shorts, flip-flops or caps. Men need closed shoes.
What music is played?
Pop, dance, rock, reggaeton, Latin hits and crowd-pleasing throwbacks – chosen to soundtrack the show. Between live performances, the resident DJ runs the room. Not the venue for underground electronic – come for the spectacle, not the deep cuts.
What is the minimum age?
18+. Government-issued photo ID required at the door. No exceptions.
What is the discount on transportation when I book a private table?
4 USD per person for the round trip to Coco Bongo.
What payment methods are accepted?

Physical ID and the card used to book are required upon arrival.
