Are the cruises private?

Yes – every cruise on every page is fully private. You and your group have the boat, crew, food, and bar to yourselves. We don’t sell shared/group tickets.

What is the difference between a yacht and a catamaran?

Yachts are faster and sleeker, so you spend more time at the snorkeling and beach stops and less time cruising between them. Catamarans are wider and more stable, with more deck space – better for lounging, sunbathing, and groups who want to linger. Same food, same drinks, same crew quality on either.

How many people fit on each boat?

Capacities range from 20 to 30 depending on the boat. The number listed on each cruise page is the comfortable maximum, not a regulatory ceiling – past that point the deck gets crowded. We’ll match you to a boat that fits your group with room to move.

How much does the marina fee cost and how do we pay it?

15 USD per person, cash only, paid at the marina on the day.

How do we pay for the boat?

50% deposit by online payment link to confirm the booking. Remaining 50% paid at the marina on the day in cash (USD or MXN) or card (5% surcharge).

Are food and drinks included?

Yes – every cruise includes food and an open bar. Fun cruises serve Mexican snacks (guacamole, ceviche, fruits, chips). Luxury day and dinner cruises serve a multi-course à la carte menu cooked onboard. Drinks scale up: domestic spirits on Fun, premium spirits and full cocktail menu on Luxury.

What is included with every cruise?

Captain and crew, fuel, food, open bar, snorkeling gear and towels, sunbathing and lounge areas, bathroom, kitchen, sound system, safety briefing and equipment.

What about kids? Is this family-friendly?

Yes – kids are welcome on all three cruises. We provide life jackets in kids’ sizes. The Fun and Luxury day cruises are great for families (snorkeling, swimming, lunch onboard). The Dinner Cruise is designed for adults (multi-course evening meal) – works for older kids but isn’t built around them.

What should we bring?

Swimwear, sunglasses, sunscreen, and cash for the marina fee + any tip.

What if the weather is bad?

The Caribbean shifts fast but most days sail. The captain calls it on the morning of – if conditions are unsafe (lightning, swell, storm warning) the cruise is canceled and you get a full refund or a reschedule. If conditions are merely overcast or windy, the cruise still goes.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation is possible at a cost of 10% of the cruise with more than 14 days’ notice. With less than 14 days’ notice cancellation is not possible.
